working manager. A draft of the advertisement is
prepared including a job definition and area of

new working manager, an advertisement for the
agricultural newspapers is compiled.

also composed including the photo gallery. It comes

1st round interview.
When jobseekers show an interest, they
are invited to an interview at Landbrugets Jobservice.
Personal profiles of all the applicants are prepared and
their background information and experience is analysed
and examined.
The jobseekers are presented with the
actual job description and the photo gallery.
Normally 2-5 jobseekers are invited to
an interview at Landbrugets Jobservice.
Presentation of the candidates.
The 1st round interviews at
Landbrugets Jobservice are used as a basis to send a
description and personal profile analysis to the
employer.
The employer is advised on every
single candidate from Landbrugets Jobservice.
Together, 2-3 candidates are chosen
and invited to 2nd round interviews, this
time with the employer.
Landbrugets Jobservice can participate
in 2nd round interviews if requested.
The decision.
The employer decides, if necessary
under the advice of Landbrugets Jobservice, on whom
should be offered the job position.

The contract.
An employment contract is prepared
using the already drafted description of the job
definition and areas of responsibility.

The job expectation profile is an
analysis that is put together to avoid differing
